康維明工程薄膜（張家港）有限公司，是意大利COVEME S.P.A.在中國投資成立的獨(dú)資企業(yè)。2011年11月16日竣工投產(chǎn)。

意大利康維明股份公司1965年成立于意大利博洛尼亞。公司從事意大利及歐洲地區(qū)的柔韌絕緣材料分銷多年。自20世紀(jì)90年代初期，康維明已經(jīng)開發(fā)出 “背膜”，其由市場上最高性能的材料做成，例如高級(jí)聚酯以及特殊抗水解和紫外線的粘合劑。康維明的薄膜制品系列保護(hù)光伏電池片免受潮濕、氣象力以及化學(xué)攻擊，保證高壓下的整體絕緣以及對(duì)EVA的完美粘著。在20世紀(jì)90年代中期康維明在戈里齊亞開了一家屬于自己的生產(chǎn)工廠，并且在幾年內(nèi)成為制造具有高端用途的工程聚酯薄膜的主要成員之一?，F(xiàn)今復(fù)合薄膜的營業(yè)額已經(jīng)占到公司營業(yè)總額的70%，并且可以清晰其趨勢還在增加。目標(biāo)是成為亞洲主要的光伏背膜生產(chǎn)商。

Position

Technical Support Manager  (Will report hierarchically to Bisiness General manager Asia. )

 Professional requirements

 1.Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent(chemical or polymer material is preferred)

2.+3~5 years technical working experience in PV or encapsulating material testing

3.Be familiar with the module and material testing standard

4.Technical knowledge on manufacturing process is required;

Main Responsibilities

1.Coordinate technical support team in China.

2.Liase with Product Manager, R&D, Production and QC department in order to provide customer with a comprehensive technical support.

3.Cooridnate with Product Manager and R&D in Italy for problem solving related to the Asian Customers

4.Provide technical support in collaboration with sales team to existing customer in ASIA: pre and after sales service.

5.Provide technical support in collaboration with sales team for business development activities.

6.Assist customer in new product evaluation and testing.

7.Work closely with Product Management and R&D to contribute in developing new products.

8.Building and regularly maintaining a full competitor analysis by collecting sensitive information and samples.

9.Enhance company technical excellence and visibility in the PV community by actively participating in technical seminars, clinics, exhibitions and building up a technical business networks

10.Other specific assignments from to be evaluated case by case with the Business General Manager ASIA. 

11. Can be suitable for frequent business trip 

Salary range: 20~30K/month
