美國賽康科技根據(jù)《破產(chǎn)法》第十一章申請破產(chǎn)
10月17日，美國賽康科技公司（Satcon Technology Corporation）及其六家子公司已根據(jù)美國《破產(chǎn)法》第十一章向特拉華州破產(chǎn)法院提交自愿破產(chǎn)申請。該公司旨在進行重組，并優(yōu)化資產(chǎn)負債表及資本結構。
賽康科技以及旗下六家子公司——Satcon Power Systems, Inc., Satcon Electronics, Inc., Satcon Power Systems (加州), LLC, Satcon Power Systems Canada, Ltd, Satcon International, s.r.o. and Satcon Technology (深圳) Co., Ltd——均已自愿申請破產(chǎn)。
在10月16日舉行的特殊會議上，賽康科技董事會決定自愿申請破產(chǎn)并獲得全體一致通過。此外，公司董事會批準聘用Lazard Middle Market LLC公司擔任財務顧問，Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions LLC則作為投資銀行，而律師事務所Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP將給予賽康科技一定的幫助。（編譯：陶蓓華）
